A people-oriented vision since day one

Ever since Leo Stevens was founded, the company has been about more than just numbers, it's about the person behind the assets. That vision is still very much alive, even after more than 75 years: providing financial peace of mind to wealthy familiesIn a world where financial services are becoming increasingly standardized, Leo Stevens consciously opts for a different approach: tailor-made, personal and with an eye for the story of each customer.

Margot looks back with pride on a turning point: “When I became a board member in 2018, the company doubled in staff. I was able to help build the structure, rejuvenation and positioning for the next generations.”

The challenge

Before our collaboration, marketing was rather ad hoc. There was no clear structure, nor planning around content and events. Although the team had a good sense of what their target group needed, they lacked practical execution and expertise.

Enter MARCO: for more than 3 years we have been supporting Leo Stevens in everything related to marketing: from developing a new website to a well-thought-out content plan, from event organization to the design of printed matter such as their brochure.
